Ingram Family – The North East Model Farm & Construction Show –
(Supporting the
Group annually since 2011 with ongoing donations now, in 2025, totalling circa £20,000).
- Run for Ruairidh who died tragically of a head injury in September 2016, aged 18 – Megan Mackay in memory of her twin brother raised funds by running the Inverness half marathon on – 9th March 2025. –See more info on Megan’s just giving page Here – (Please note funding is now closed but story remains.)
- The NE Farming communities Tractor Pull Event Christmas Eve 2025 at Huntly Mart- This event raised a fantastic £4895 – Many thanks to all organisers and Participants. 24th December 2025

Digby Brown Solicitors Aberdeen office-
Digby Brown Aberdeen continue to provide invaluable support, hosting our mailing address & allowing staff to assist us with admin support, newsletter production & postal/ e-mail distribution to help communicate with our membership, which is distributed over a wide geographic & largely rural area.
2025 – The Lassies from Digby Brown have done it again this year and, as part of their fundraising efforts for 2025 have surpassed even last years efforts and in the recent Race Night fundraiser at the Ashvale managed to raise £3125 on the night wow!!! Digby Brown Solicitors have decided to double this total, so the night has raised a whopping £6250 for
Group which is simply amazing and will make a massive difference to what we can manage to do for our members next year! A

In 2024, Digby Brown Aberdeen very kindly chose
Group as one of their nominated charities. Fundraising was undertaken by running a variety of events throughout the year. In January 2025 three wonderful girls from Digby Brown Aberdeen presented some of our
committee members with a cheque for £1691.94 :-

Who run annual Physio and Sports Science Lecturer led, student therapy sessions free of charge with invitations for our members to apply to participate (dependant on capacity).
Our
Group Membership-
Membership is free for all carers, medical professionals, volunteers & those directly impacted by brain injury & their families. Nonetheless, throughout the year our membership often choose to make voluntary donations of cash/raffle prizes & give their time freely to help us run our busy drop-ins, carer support & events program.
